Physicist with a doctorate and more than 30 years of experience in the international automotive and commercial vehicle industries.

Extensive leadership and project experience in product and platform management, development, production, and business development. Particular expertise in powertrain and electrification as well as in the development and implementation of global product and transformation strategies.

Today, Thomas Kaiser supports companies in structuring complex technical and commercial challenges and implementing solutions effectively – from product strategy and business development to international projects and industrial transformation.
